Just a few days after a major deal in California, national brokerage Inszone Insurance Services now turns its sights to Washington state with the acquisition of Tri-Cities Insurance Professionals, LLC, a broker agency based in Pasco, Washington.

Established on Jan. 1, 2012, by Craig Baumgartner, Gerald Tobias, Darwin Walter, and Jorge Torres, Tri-Cities Insurance Professionals was created to address the service gaps left by captive agencies and large brokerage houses.

Since its inception, the agency has focused on offering affordable lifecycle insurance products from top-rated national and regional companies, targeting clients and small business owners.

The acquisition also marks a significant expansion for Inszone Insurance Services, especially within the Washington market, enhancing its presence on the West Coast.

“We are genuinely excited to bring Tri-Cities Insurance Professionals, LLC into the Inszone Insurance fold,” Inszone CEO Chris Walters said. “Joining forces with such a respected team not only deepens our footprint in the vibrant Washington market but also fortifies our position as a leading insurance provider on the West Coast. This partnership is a testament to our commitment to delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions to our clients in an ever-changing landscape.”

For the team at Tri-Cities Insurance Professionals, the acquisition opens up new avenues for growth and service delivery. Baumgartner and Tobias, alongside their team, expressed their enthusiasm about the benefits of partnering with a larger entity like Inszone Insurance Services. They anticipate that this new relationship will enhance their capability to serve clients with innovative and effective insurance solutions.

Clients of Tri-Cities Insurance Professionals are also assured of a smooth transition, with the promise of continued dedication and personalized service. Inszone, meanwhile, is focused on further expanding its national presence and enhancing its offerings across various industries.

The transaction was facilitated by Helfer & Associates LLC, which acted as the exclusive representative and strategic advisor to Tri-Cities Insurance Professionals.
