Olivia Wilde Gives Us a Master Class in Chic Airport Dressing as She Arrives at Paris Fashion Week

Date:

Olivia Wilde gave us a master class in chic travel dressing when she flew from Los Angeles to Paris yesterday for Fashion Week.

The actress was spotted stepping out of her hotel in the romantic city shortly after arriving wearing a cool day-to-night look. It was made up of a black velvet blazer, which she layered over a crisp white dress shirt; gray wide-leg jeans; and black leather platform heels. She accessorized simply with black cat-eye sunglasses and the season’s new travel It bag from Saint Laurent: a black quilted leather piece with gold hardware that can easily be taken from the plane to the streets.

Wilde wore her hair in messy waves and kept her makeup to a minimum.

Later in the day, Wilde sat front row at the Saint Laurent womenswear fall/winter 2023–24 runway show. For the occasion, she opted for a sleek all-black look consisting of a minidress with side cutouts and a sheer skirt, sheer Calzedonia tights, a floor-length double-breasted coat, black silky pointed-toe pumps, and the same cat-eye sunglasses she wore before.

For glam, she chose natural rosy makeup, a glossy nude lip, and a relaxed wavy hairdo.

Wilde joined a string of other stylish VIPs at the show, including Zoë Kravitz, who wore a one-shoulder minidress; Salma Hayek, who was a vision in a forest green maxi dress; and Dua Lipa, who looked effortlessly cool in a hooded jumpsuit and floor-length leather coat.
