Plum Grove Inc., a one-stop printing and marketing services agency in Cary, IL, is seeking an experienced Sales Executive located in the US (Work from Home) to join our organization. Plum Grove allows you to expand the marketing services offered to your current book of business and also to develop new relationships through networking and our warm lead pipeline.
We are a casual but dedicated team looking for a collaborative team player who upholds our family values and is passionate about exceeding client expectations. The perfect candidate will have a positive can-do attitude, will be self-motivated to grow sales and will offer a proven track record of success. The position works remotely with minimal supervision.
Requirements
Key Job Activities
Sell marketing solutions including printing, direct mail, advertising, promotional products, trade show displays, and other marketing agency servicesRetain and grow existing clientsWin new business and build long-term partnershipsCross-sell services to increase relationship valueAct as a liaison between a) clients b) CSR and ProductionCommunicate with internal departments to complete projects accurately and exceed client expectationsSkills & Requirements
Consistent track record of sales excellenceProven results selling marketing solutions (ex. printing, direct mail, promotional products, trade show displays, digital marketing, marketing consulting, etc.)Work optimally in a team environment, acting as a liaison with other departments including Marketing, Customer Support and ProductionMaintain CRM with accurate client informationProficient in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word, and CRM softwareExperience & Education
Minimum 5 to 7+ years record of sales excellence in marketing solutionsHigh school diploma requiredAssociate or bachelor’s degree preferred
